Only whitelisted domains can sign up to the Help center. To get whitelisted, you must be an active DX8 customer.
The Cohesion DX8 Help center is made up of two parts, the knowledge base and the ticketing system. The first part is a publicly available knowledge base of commonly asked questions to assist with troubleshooting DX8. Anyone can access this content.
The second part of the Help center is a ticket system for raising support requests with our Customer Success Team. This is only available to registered accounts and sign-ups are restricted to our white listed domains.
To get a registered account you must be either a current DX8 customer or actively assessing DX8 for use within your organisation.
