If you are having trouble logging in to the Help center, please follow the steps below.
Note: only the ticketing system requires you to sign in. The knowledge base articles can be accessed by anyone without the need to sign in.
You might not be authorized
Check that you are authorized to sign in. Only whitelisted domains are permitted to access the ticketing system. See Why can't I sign up to the Help center? for more information.
You might not be a verified user
When you sign up with a whitelisted domain, we will send you an email asking you to verify your email address. Be sure to complete this activity, which sets you as a verified user on our system. Only verified users can sign in.
Note: The verification link expires after one week. Please email us at support@cohesiondx.zendesk.com if you need us to resend a verification email.
You might be using incorrect login credentials
Make sure your email and password have been typed in correctly. Common issues include:
- Using a different email address to the one you registered with. Be sure that you are using your business email that is on our domain whitelist.
You can't remember your password
If you need to reset your password, you can do so here:

There is an issue loading the sign in popup
If the sign in popup is not working for you, try signing in using the direct login URL:
https://helpcenter.cohesiondx.com/access/
There may be an issue with our Help center
If you still can't sign in, it's likely that there may be a technical issue with the sign in servers. This will normally be resolved very quickly, so please wait a short time and then try again.
I still can't sign in
If you have tried all the above steps and still can't sign in to the Help center, then email us at support@cohesiondx.zendesk.com
