What is the DX8 Help center?
The Help center is both a knowledge base and a support ticketing system.
The knowledge base is publicly accessible and contains a range of articles covering commonly asked questions, from account and billing to troubleshooting with DX8.
The support ticketing system is limited to registered users only, and allows users to raise a ticket to receive support from the DX8 Customer Success Team. Only DX8 customers can register with the Help center.
I need to raise a ticket, but I'm not a customer
If you are not a DX8 customer and you need help, first speak to your Sales Contact either by phone or by email. You will receive contact information when you sign up for a demo of DX8.
If you cannot get in touch with your Sales Contact, you can reach our Customer Success Team at email@example.com. Please note that customer requests will take priority during busy times.
How do I sign up to the Help center?
Signing up to the Help center is easy, but remember that only DX8 customers are able to register.
The Help center works through whitelisting customer domains. We will ask you for these details during the customer onboarding process.
To sign up, follow these steps:
- Click Sign in at the top right of any page
- Click Sign up when the login popup appears
- Fill in your work email address and name
- Click Submit
- Check your email for a verification message
- Verify your email address by clicking on the link in the email.
The verification link is valid for 7 days. If you need us to resend the verification email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
